Hey there! I'm Marianne, and I'm absolutely passionate about yoga, books, and journaling. They are my go-to activities for self-reflection and relaxation. Reading and writing truly bring me joy and light up my life.

Amidst life's exciting adventures, I find inspiration in my yoga practice and the pages of my favorite books. That's why I'm committed to creating journals filled with meaningful self-inquiry exercises.

Certified Yoga Teacher

With a rich experience of more than 24 years of self-discovery, I have explored numerous books, courses, workshops, and sought guidance from various healing practitioners.

Furthermore, I have successfully finished over 900 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and have more than ten years of experience in counselling, coaching, and teaching English and yoga.

Being a seasoned and certified yoga teacher, I have had the chance
to share my expertise in different places such as Amsterdam, Mozambique, South Africa, and Spain.

Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently created a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and genuine connections. 

My innate ability to make individuals feel acknowledged, listened to, and understood has been honed over time, and the confidence I have gained from these teaching experiences allows me to effectively share my knowledge with you!

Just like I mentioned earlier, I have a deep love for reading and writing. That's why I'm so excited to connect with you through self-reflection journals and share my knowledge and personal growth journey.
