12 Steps of our Knowledge-Packed E-Course in Blog Format

The 12 steps go beyond mere blogs. They form an e-course presented in the form of blogs, packed with valuable knowledge, tips, and ideas. Wondering how to approach it? I suggest following the order I have carefully laid out for you. However, if you prefer, you can directly dive into the step that resonates most with you. Remember, you can always return to this blog for a comprehensive overview of all the steps. Consider these exercises and answers as a "living document" where you can continuously add responses and jot down your thoughts throughout the entire journey.

 

Once you start on this journey, your subconscious mind will be giving you answers when you are not working on a specific question. You will be given answers by your mind, your heart and your soul when you least expect it. This can be at any random moment during your day, whilst having a shower, doing the dishes, talking to a friend or whilst being on your way to work. Don't forget to listen to the signs you are given by your subconscious mind. Make a mental note of them or even better, write them down in a notebook!

 

Words of Encouragement

Allow yourself time. There is no rush and remember, it is about progress and not about perfection. Sometimes a blog-session might take you 15 minutes and another day it might take you 2 hours or even 2 days.

  • Signs. When you see a ☼ on the ‘ReTREAT Yourself’ blogs it means ‘Try this exercise!’.

  • Take notes. ☼ You could go back to the beginning of the blog and read through it again and take notes on anything that comes to mind as you were reading about creating with ease.

  • Anything else? ☼ Anything that bubbled up to surface in your body, heart or mind whilst reading this blog, write it down. Go and have a break and go to the next blog when you’re in the right mood to continue your exploration.

  • Notebook. It is said that it is much more powerful to write your thoughts down on paper than just online. Also, the hand- eye coordination is said to spark creativity, which can be welcome on your ReTREAT Yourself days that you’ll be taking. So, buy yourself a beautiful notebook in case you haven’t done so already.
